BOWS – Blissful Outdoor Wedding Show
Set in a beautifully decorated air-conditioned tent and organised in partnership with XCL Concepts, BOWS has made its mark as a lavish outdoor affair with myriad choices for couples planning their wedding. Offering couples the convenience of shopping for their wedding in one location, BOWS wedding merchants are carefully selected for their ability to add value and enhance the wedding planning experience. Its unique environment creates a relaxing ambience for couples to browse at a leisurely pace and take in all the sights and sounds that the event has to offer. Popular with wedding merchants as it allows them to meet their clients and get a better feel for their wedding needs, BOWS is one occasion that both readers and advertisers have come to anticipate, year after year.
Firmly established as Singapore’s leading annual bridal extravaganza, BOWS has conducted over five million dollars worth of sales since its inception five years ago. It continues to grow from strength to strength as more prestigious locations are selected for the show, such as Merchant Loop in 2009 and Dhoby Ghaut Green in 2010.
BOWS promises to be even more exciting in the coming months as plans are underway to hold it twice a year.

clubpets Carnival @ D’Kranji
For the first time in a long time, clubpets magazine held a carnival in June 2009 to show our appreciation for our advertisers’ and readers’ support all these years. Choosing D’Kranji Farm Resort as the ideal location for the carnival, there was a brilliant mix of fun and education for those who attended the two-day event. Held in conjunction with XCL Concepts, the successful event saw a wonderful crowd of pet owners and animal lovers alike braving the hot sun for two full days of games and activities. There were more than15 booths at the carnival, including groomers as well as our supportive distributors and clients. Other than getting many good deals from these booths, those who turned up at the carnival also met the wonderful volunteers behind SPCA, Noah’s Ark, ASD, Animals Lovers League and RAWR (ACRES).
